This is our public roadmap — the plan to transform ARKA OS from an internal tool into the world's most powerful AI company operating system. Open-source at its core. Commercially supported for teams and enterprises. Built on Claude Code and Claude Desktop.

The Vision

ARKA OS will be the #1 AI-powered company operating system in the world.

Not just a dev framework. Not just a chatbot wrapper. A complete operating system that gives any individual, team, or company the ability to run entire departments through AI — with persistent memory, real integrations, and compound intelligence.

Two editions. One ecosystem:

ARKA OS Community (Open Source) — The full department framework, knowledge system, MCP integrations, and project scaffolding. Free forever. MIT license. Community-driven.

ARKA OS Pro (Paid) — Advanced features for teams and businesses: multi-user collaboration, auto-learning AI memory, premium agents, analytics dashboards, priority support, and enterprise security.

Both editions are built to work natively with Claude Code and Claude Desktop — because that's where intelligence lives.

Q2 2026 — FOUNDATION

April → June 2026

Theme: Open the gates.

This quarter is about taking everything we've built internally and making it ready for the world.

Open-Source Community Edition Launch

The core of ARKA OS goes public:

Q3 2026 — INTELLIGENCE

July → September 2026

Theme: The AI that learns.

This is the quarter where ARKA OS stops being a tool and starts becoming a partner.

Auto-Learning AI Memory System

The feature that changes everything:

• Outcome tracking — The system tracks what worked and what didn't across all departments. A marketing campaign that drove 3x engagement? Remembered. A project architecture that caused scaling issues? Flagged for future reference
• Pattern recognition — After 50+ interactions, ARKA OS identifies your patterns: which code patterns you prefer, which marketing angles perform best, which client types are most profitable
• Adaptive behavior — The system adjusts its suggestions based on accumulated knowledge. Month 1: generic recommendations. Month 6: deeply personalized insights based on your actual history
• Confidence scoring — Every recommendation comes with a confidence level based on how much data supports it. "Based on 12 similar projects, I'm 87% confident this architecture will scale"

• Automatic linking — New knowledge automatically connects to existing notes without manual wikilinks

• Cross-department intelligence — Marketing learns from development timelines. Finance learns from project outcomes. Strategy learns from everything

Enhanced Claude Integration

• Context window optimization — Smart context loading based on the current task. Development tasks load project architecture. Marketing tasks load brand guidelines. No wasted tokens
• Multi-session continuity — Start a task in Claude Code, continue it in Claude Desktop, pick it up tomorrow. Full context preserved through the memory system
• Agent handoff protocol — When a task spans departments, the system creates a handoff document that the next department's persona can immediately act on

• Department utilization metrics: which departments are used most, where are the bottlenecks

1. We're not starting from theory. ARKA OS has been running our actual business for months. Every feature on this roadmap solves a real problem we've encountered or a real request from people who've seen the system.

2. Claude Code and Claude Desktop are the foundation. We're not building another AI wrapper. We're building on top of the most powerful AI coding tool (Claude Code) and the most accessible AI interface (Claude Desktop). ARKA OS extends what they do — it doesn't try to replace them.

3. The timing is perfect. In 2026, every business is asking "how do we use AI?" Most answers are "use ChatGPT for emails" or "use Copilot for code." ARKA OS is the answer for people who want to go all-in: run their entire operation through an AI-powered system.
