The Challenge
Before reaching out to WizardingCode, FitFlow was running their entire operation the way most small fitness businesses do: manually.

We integrated Stripe for seamless payment processing:
- Clients purchase training packages (packs of 8, 12, or unlimited monthly sessions) through a clean checkout page
- n8n tracks remaining sessions per client in real time
- When a client is down to their last 2 sessions, an automatic renewal reminder is sent
- Failed payments trigger a polite follow-up sequence instead of awkward manual messages
- Monthly revenue reports are generated automatically and sent to the owner every Monday morning
3. AI-Powered Client Communication — Claude Opus 4.5
This is where the magic really happened. We integrated Claude Opus 4.5 into the n8n workflows to handle intelligent, context-aware communication:
- Lead qualification: When a new lead fills out the contact form, Claude analyzes their goals, availability, and budget to recommend the best training package and assigns them to the most suitable trainer
- Personalized check-ins: Claude generates weekly check-in messages for each client based on their training history, attendance patterns, and goals — the trainer reviews and sends with one click
- Churn prevention: When the system detects risk signals (missed sessions, expired packages, long gaps between bookings), Claude drafts a personalized re-engagement message
- FAQ handling: Common questions about pricing, schedules, and policies are answered instantly by Claude through the website chatbot, freeing the team from repetitive queries
4. Performance-Driven Advertising — Meta Ads + n8n + Claude
We rebuilt the advertising strategy from the ground up:
- Created proper conversion tracking with Meta Pixel, tracking from ad click all the way to first paid session
- n8n syncs new paying clients back to Meta as conversion events, enabling the algorithm to optimize for actual revenue — not just clicks
- Claude generates ad copy variations for A/B testing based on seasonal trends and the studio's best-performing messaging
- Weekly ad performance reports are compiled by n8n and summarized by Claude with actionable recommendations
