Freelance Sales — B2B Portugal
We're opening Wizarding Code's sales team in Portugal. You'll help us reach micro-businesses and SMEs with our software and technology services. Freelance model, flexible schedule, commission on every contract closed — and on whatever that client invoices over the following 12 months.
The context
Wizarding Code builds software, digital platforms and technology solutions for businesses. We have the products, the technical team, the track record. What we're missing is someone to take this to the right companies' doors.
That's where you come in.
What you'll do
You'll identify and contact micro-businesses and SMEs in Portugal that need digital solutions — from a website or custom application, to automations, to more complex projects. You present our services, you understand what the client actually needs, and you close the deal. Once it's closed, the technical work is on us; you stay close to the client to make sure the relationship lasts.
How it works
- Freelance arrangement, on a services contract.
- Fully flexible schedule — you can do this full-time or alongside another activity. No minimum hours, just objectives.
- 100% remote, with occasional meetings when it makes sense.
- We provide sales materials, template proposals, case studies and technical support in pre-sales.
What you earn
- 10% on the value of the first contract closed, paid when the client pays.
- + 5% on everything that client invoices over the following 12 months — maintenance, new projects, subscriptions.
- No cap. The more value you bring, the more you earn. And you keep earning for as long as the client stays with us.
For those who perform consistently, there's a real path to a permanent contract within the company. This isn't a vague promise — it's how we plan to build this team.
Who we're looking for
We're not looking for a perfect CV. We're looking for someone who wants to sell, who's comfortable talking to business decision-makers, and who doesn't need to be pushed to pick up the phone. If you've done B2B sales before, that's a plus; if you're coming from somewhere else but have the drive and the communication skills, we still want to talk to you.

Requirements
- Native Portuguese, written and spoken with ease

- Honesty in dealings with clients
- B2B sales experience is a plus (not required)
